Project: Delivery ~ Release Delayed Blog
Project: Delivery | A Delivery Driver Simulation
We’re thrilled to see so many of you eagerly awaiting Project: Delivery! We know it’s been a journey, and we’re committed to making this experience truly exceptional. To achieve that, we’ve decided to push the release back to 2026. Here’s why:
As development progressed, it became clear that we could bring even more realism to the gameplay and environments. I’ve been working on a complete overhaul of core gameplay mechanics, from the way vehicles handle to the interactions between drivers, routes, and deliveries. These changes don’t just improve playability—they enhance immersion and make every drive feel authentic.
In addition to the mechanics, we’re also focused on building a much more lifelike world. This means rethinking city layouts, refining visual details, and bringing in dynamic elements to make the environment truly come alive. By taking this time to perfect every corner of the world, we aim to deliver a game where you can lose yourself in the experience.
While I know it’s disappointing to wait longer, I’m confident this extra time will allow us to deliver the quality you expect. Project: Delivery has become a labor of love, and your support has kept us motivated to go above and beyond.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to make this game the best it can be. I’ll keep you updated on our progress and look forward to sharing more exciting news soon!
At just 13 or 14, I first began learning how to code, and now, at 17 and soon to be 18, I'm on the brink of releasing Project: Delivery, a delivery driver simulation game. The journey has been incredible—logging on each day, making progress most of the time, though sometimes falling back a few steps due to the trial-and-error nature of game development. I’m not the world’s best game programmer, and I’m still relatively new to game design, but I’m constantly amazed by what I’ve accomplished so far. Whether it's modeling a car or a house or programming a key feature, every small step brings me closer to completing my dream. It’s a process that continues to inspire me, knowing that everything I’ve done has been on my own.
